This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are (or are not) provided for the virtual infrastructure audit services offered by Safe Little Stars.
Refund Policy
No Refunds After Booking
All payments made to Safe Little Stars are non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or disinterest after booking

Incomplete video submission or audit walkthrough

Delay or failure to respond or cooperate during the audit process

School closures, administrative changes, or staff unavailability
This is because resources, time slots, and audit preparation are allocated as soon as your booking is confirmed.
Rescheduling Policy
Although refunds are not available, you may reschedule your audit once without any extra charge, provided that:

The rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours prior to your original audit slot or video submission deadline

You send the request in writing to hello@safelittlestars.com

The new date falls within 10 calendar days of the original booking date and is subject to availability
Late rescheduling or failure to participate in the process within the allowed window may result in the audit being marked as incomplete with no eligibility for a refund or re-audit.
Exceptional Circumstances
While all bookings are considered final, in the rare event that Safe Little Stars is unable to deliver the audit due to internal technical issues, natural disasters, or unforeseen organizational limitations, we reserve the right to:

Offer a full refund, or

Provide an extended window or alternate date for completing the audit
This will be determined at our sole discretion and communicated via email.
