Services

Safe Little Stars offers virtual safety audits for preschools, daycares, and early childhood education centres. Our audits are conducted based on video submissions or guided virtual walkthroughs provided by the client (“you,” “your,” or “the institution”).

The purpose of the audit is advisory and intended to highlight potential safety risks. It does not constitute or replace statutory or regulatory inspections required under applicable laws.

 

Booking and Payment

• All services must be booked and paid in full in advance via the website or approved channels.

• No refunds will be issued once a booking is confirmed.

• Audit dates may be rescheduled once, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance via email to hello@safelittlestars.com and is subject to availability.

 

Deliverables

Upon completion of the virtual audit process, clients will receive:

• A digital audit report summarizing key findings and recommendations

• A “Safe Little Stars” safety badge (where applicable), valid for one year

• Access to limited post-audit support to clarify findings or recommendations

Implementation of recommendations remains the sole responsibility of the client.

 

Intellectual Property

All content provided through this service, including but not limited to reports, badges, checklists, templates, and proprietary materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Safe Little Stars. No part of this content may be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written consent.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Safe Little Stars shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any accidents, injuries, or incidents occurring before, during, or after the audit process.

The accuracy of audit findings is subject to the clarity and completeness of submitted media and information.

 

Data and Confidentiality

Client-submitted videos, images, and other materials will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of conducting the audit. All reasonable security measures will be taken to protect your data.

 

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this page and will be effective upon posting.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
